Breakfast Attendant- 6-Week Summer Contract

We’re looking for energetic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our restaurant team, providing excellent service and creating a sense of belonging for our guests. This is the perfect entry-level position for those aged 15+ with a passion for customer service.

This is a fixed-term contract designed to provide you with valuable work over the busy summer season. You will be working part-time hours, typically 3-5 days per week, depending on hotel needs. This contract runs for 6 weeks, starting from the week of 2nd December, and will conclude around mid-January, just in time to finish up before school or university resumes. If there are ongoing employment opportunities, these will be discussed directly with the hotel after the 6-week contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Clearing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Assisting guests with menu recommendations and dietary requirements
- Taking coffee orders and helping with barista tasks
- Using the POS system to process orders
- Ensuring all service areas meet hygiene and food handling standards

 

What We’re Looking For:

- Availability for breakfast shift 6am start to 2/3pm finish

-A positive, can-do attitude
- Confident in approaching tables and asking, "May I take your plate?"
- A passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Barista skills are a bonus, but not required
- Availability to work early morning shifts

 

Minimum Availability:


- Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts breakfast shifts (6am-2/3pm) per week, including at least one weekend day.
- Availability required on the following key dates:
  - Christmas Eve (24th December)
  - Boxing Day (26th December)
  - New Year's Day (1st January)

1. Apply via MHUB
2. Your application will be reviewed by Sheraton.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via text message and invited for a hotel tour and interview.
4. Successful candidates will be offered the position with a start date during the week of 2nd December. The first shift will be for 2 hours after school and will involve uniform fitting and completing onboarding paperwork.
