Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue Strategy, this position serves as the primary point of contact for Revenue Management support within the designated hotel(s). The Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing total revenues—including but not limited to guest rooms and function space. This role oversees all processes related to strategic pricing, revenue forecasting, inventory management, and topline reporting and analysis. Close collaboration with the Sales Strategy team(s) is essential to develop and implement the hotels’ commercial strategy based on market conditions, competition, demand, booking pace, and any other relevant data.

Your responsibilities:

•    Provide Revenue Management functional expertise to designated hotel(s)
•    Maximize total hotel revenues, including but not limited to guest rooms and function space
•    Ensure commercial and pricing strategies are effectively communicated, implemented and adjusted according to seasonal and market fluctuations 
•    Analyze market performance and provide actionable recommendations to the Sales Strategy team
•    Create weekly and monthly forecasts and support the annual budgeting process
•    Lead weekly Sales Strategy meetings with key property stakeholders to review and refine commercial strategies
•    Maintain close cooperation with all relevant departments to coordinate and implement the hotel strategy
•    Ensure full adoption of all Revenue Management processes, tools and systems
•    Support the implementation of upcoming projects aimed at enhancing business processes and integrating new technologies
•    Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Arabella Hospitality SE and Marriott International SOP standards

Team & Reporting:

•    Work within a cluster team of four colleagues
•    Report directly to the Cluster Director of Revenue Strategy (based in Frankfurt)
•    Share responsibility for Revenue Management at The Westin Hamburg Elbphilharmonie, The Westin Grand Frankfurt and the Aloft Stuttgart
•    Hold primary responsibility for The Westin Hamburg Elbphilharmonie
•    Travel regularly to Frankfurt and / or Stuttgart

•    Several years of professional experience in Revenue Management, ideally within an international hotel environment (Marriott International experience is a plus)
•    Degree in tourism management or business administration - or alternatively, a recognized hotel industry qualification combined with relevant work experience
•    Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of systems such as MARSHA, Opera PMS, One Yield is preferred 
•    Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high affinity for numbers
•    Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
•    Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
•    Team-oriented personality with a high degree of initiative and engagement
•    Knowledge of the Hamburg hotel market is an advantage
