Cluster Revenue Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, YTL Hotels & Properties (Manager Europe). The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

• Support the hotel Strategy Teams (General Manager, Sales, Operations) in executing revenue strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Assist in daily and weekly pick-up, pace, and performance reporting, including ad-hoc analysis.
• Prepare insights and recommendations for weekly strategy meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with hotel teams and relevant departments (Front Office, Finance, Sales).

• Assist in analysing hotel positioning within the competitive set and understanding key demand drivers.
• Support regular competitor rate and promotion analysis.
• Monitor market share performance and support action planning.
• Ensure accuracy across all distribution channels, including rate parity and content quality.
• Support weekly forecasting, annual budgeting, and business planning processes.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams by providing data-driven input to campaigns.
• Proactively identify upselling and revenue opportunities across channels.
   

• Support transient pricing and yield management to optimize revenue performance.
• Assist in the implementation of offers and promotions across distribution channels.
• Support evaluation and pricing of group business opportunities.
• Work with Opera PMS and Revenue Management systems as applicable
• Ensure reservation accuracy and support audits of manual and system bookings in cooperation with the YTL Reservation Cluster.

• Work closely with cluster team members, rotating between properties as required.
• Build knowledge across all hotels to support best practice sharing and team coverage.
• Participate in projects such as system implementations or rebranding initiatives.
• Develop revenue management expertise through hands-on experience and mentoring.

• Preferably previous experience in Revenue Management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong overall MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Opera PMS, Marriott systems, TravelClick/Amadeus, and/or SynXis is an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for revenue optimization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a multi-property environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Dutch is not required. Only applicants with a valid work permit are considered.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately every other month).
