JOB SUMMARY 

The purpose of the Commissionaire (Door person) is to provide a welcoming first impression and exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with their arrival and departure needs, and managing the flow of traffic and security at the hotel entrance. Acting as a vital link between guests and hotel operations, the Commissionaire (Door person) ensures safety, supports smooth arrivals and departures, and enhances the experience through attentiveness and professionalism.
