Marriott International is officially launching the Marriott Culinary Academy in Australia — a first-of-its-kind program designed for school leavers who want to earn their Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while working with a global brand. Multiple apprenticeship roles are available across five WA Marriott hotel properties.
