We are looking for a friendly, warm and service-oriented F&B Reservations Manager to join the team at The London EDITION. 

As F&B Reservations Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for overseeing the complete reservations lifecycle for all dining venues, private dining rooms, bars, and supported event spaces
  • Ensure an exceptional guest journey from the first contact
  • Maximize revenue through strategic table and demand management
  • Ensure booking strategies align with operational capacity and business objectives.
  • Partner closely with operational teams to deliver seamless service
  • Act as a key liaison between guests and the Food & Beverage leadership team

Our most successful F&B Reservations Manager is someone who:

  • Has strong leadership and people‑management capabilities
  • Has excellent communication skills, both guest‑facing and internal
  • Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Is calm, adaptable, and solution‑focused in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments 
  • Has strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, table flow, and guest psychology
  • Has a high proficiency with reservations systems and CRM platforms 
  • Has an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

The Punch Room

A modern reincarnation of London’s 19th-century private clubs. Designed to be an intimate space away from the Soho crowds, where guests can taste 30 specialty punches – including the signature EDITION house punch and listen to a curated soundtrack of soul, blues, ragtime and doo-wop is complemented by impromptu live performances.
