The FLEX Sr. Manager, Lifecycle & Partner Marketing role will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle. This role maintains a deep understanding of the customer at every stage of their journey to deliver products, promotions, and experiences that meet their needs and increase lifetime value.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data to inform strategy and collaborating with cross-discipline teams to enable cohesive and effective global marketing initiatives.?The FLEX Sr. Manager works to enhance marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This role will build and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize the value of partnerships, ensuring that they align with overall business objectives and customer needs. Additionally, they will create personalized marketing content and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of maintaining successful partnerships.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required

Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major

Six or more years’ relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
Preferred

Prior experience in marketing loyalty programs

Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaign development.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Build campaigns aligned with lifecycle marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Martech, and Agency teams to manage triggered campaigns that leverage predictive data models to deliver personalized offers across customer segments.

Lead strategic partnership activation projects from concept through execution, driving engagement, awareness, and measurable business impact.

Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies and activations.
