Responsibilities:

Manage reservations via phone and email

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs

Attend to guest requests and provide information on all inquiries (facilities, schedules, surroundings, etc.)

Resolve complaints and claims, referring serious matters to the Front Office Manager

Control daily billing and perform cash balancing

Keep the system clean and updated

Monitor bookings and closures, and carry them out personally when required

 

Requirements:


Minimum education: Diploma


Experience: 1 to 2 years


Residence: Province of the vacancy (Madrid)


Degree in Tourism or similar field


At least 1 year of experience in the Front Desk Department


Essential: Knowledge and experience with Opera PMS


Languages: High level of English; other languages valued


Desirable: Knowledge of MARSHA and other hotel management systems
