Share a memorable or inspiring moment as an associate?
I am currently preparing for the opening of the Renaissance Downtown Hotel in Dubai. I have met presidents, celebrities, sporting legends and true heroes of our industry, but above all, the most memorable times come from opening new restaurants and later celebrating success with all those who made it possible. It always comes back to the people around you.
How have you grown personally since joining MI?
In my Marriott career, I have grown from an Assistant Manager to an Assistant Director of Beverage & Food. Along the way, my life has greatly changed also. I met my wife at a Marriott hotel and we now have a daughter. My ambitions have also grown. At Marriott, I feel comfortable reaching out for more challenging roles, allowing me to grow alongside the company.
