How have you grown personally since you’ve been working at Marriott International?
NYC is a melting pot—in our Style Department alone we represent over 15 different nations. I am most proud of my growth in understanding different cultures and backgrounds. The ability to understand the priorities of my talent allow for us to support each other in the workplace—keeping in line with one of the three pillars of “Putting People First”.

What are you most passionate about? And, how does your job help you live your passion?
Fitness is my passion, any colleague, former or current, can tell you that. W Hotels recently announced their new Passion Point, Fuel. Here at W New York – Union Square, we have monthly Sound Off Yoga events—pairing a house beat with a Vinyasa flow in a dimly lit Great Room—and I have been lucky enough to participate in most of these events.
