Four Points by Sheraton - where timeless classics are integrated with modern details. This is a 20 hour per week position. 

Position Summary:  

  • Handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect to each department as appropriate 

  • Analyse and update all traveller requests that are tailored to their requirements 

  • Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or traveller orders 

  • Assist and coordinate traveller bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations 

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings 

  • Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each traveller experience 

  • Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team 

 

About You: 

  • Strong communication skills written and verbal 

  • Relevant experience in a similar role 

  • Working rights in New Zealand

  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career 

  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment
