Position Summary: 

 Assist the sales and marketing team in securing new group, catering and marketing opportunities 

  • Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements, focusing on attention to detail 
  • Be apart of something bigger and assist with photo shoots and brand activations
  • Coordinate site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion, and connecting our guests with our classic spaces
  • Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by inviting, welcoming and connecting with our guests through each customer experience
  • Develop sales negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts 
  • Assist the team in delivering successful and integrated marketing activities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings 
  • Act as a Sheraton ambassador, creating a space for the community to gather and belong
