Cook specialising in the preparation of sushi. The main role is to prepare dishes made from rice, raw fish and other sushi ingredients.
The duties of a Sushiman include:
- preparation of fish and ingredients;
- preparation of rice;
- presentation of dishes;
- creation of various types of sushi;
- maintenance of utensils and kitchen;
- knowledge of food safety;
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 years of related work experience.
Knowledge of the English language
