Purpose of Role

Responsible for oversee the operations of wardrobe and linen room to ensure the sufficient linen to B&F places, guest rooms, wet and the sufficient wardrobe to talents. To establish the high standard of service and efficiency throughout the wash department.

 

Responsibly Description

  • Supervise the operation of wardrobe and linen room to ensure an adequate supply of wardrobe to talents and linen to guest rooms and all B/F outlets.
  • Co-ordinate with supplier to replace all linen and wardrobe.
  • Plan and control the linen and wardrobe budget. 
  • Monitor the sourcing and purchasing the linen and wardrobe.
  • Arrange the linen and wardrobe inventory taking.
  • Ensure the laundry service must be ready on time to guest.
  • Ensure all reports are prepared and completed on time to related department.
  • Maintain regular quality control inspection of department standard.
  • Inspect the laundry machine and equipment to maintain in good condition. 
  • Co-ordinate with Engineering to solve the machine problems.
  • Conduct the training for all talent.
  • Attend the regular meeting.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the wash attendant and wardrobe and linen attendant to meet the standard of the hotel.
  • Provide proper guidance to talent, handle grievances among talent, review talent performance and conduct appraisals.
  • Perform the task as required by management.

負責監督制服間及洗衣房確保可提供充足布巾給予客房、餐飲部各餐廳及游泳池。並同時提供充足的制服給予所有員工。建立洗衣房最高標準的服務及效率。

 

主要負責事項

  • 監督制服間及布巾間之運作,確保制服充足供應予所有員工,布巾充足供
  • 應至客房及所有餐飲部各餐廳。
  • 與供應商協調更換所有布巾及制服,並計畫及控制布巾及制服之預算。
  • 統一監控及採買布巾及制服。
  • 安排員工盤點所有布巾及制服。
  • 確實督導員工所有客衣洗衣服務都必須準時的送回給客人。
  • 所有相關文件都需準時完成並送至相關部門。
  • 維護部門的品質控制。
  • 定期檢查洗衣機及其他設備,確保機器都可使用。
  • 與工程部協調解決所有機器問題。
  • 訓練所有洗衣房員工。
  • 遵守所有公司政策和程序。
  • 督導所有洗衣房操作員及制服室裁縫師都依照飯店標準執行工作。
  • 員工申訴時,都應提供適當的指導,也應進行員工的工作表現及行為之評估審查。
  • 執行主管所指派之任務。
