Job Title: Attendant F&B
Department: F&B Outlet, F&B STAR Cafeteria

Reports To: Asst GM Restaurant, Exec Chef - STAR Cafeteria

Job Purpose: Two to three sentences describing the overall purpose of the job
Perform a variety of food preparation and service duties including taking food and beverage orders, preparing orders and serving preparedfood and beverage items in an efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities: Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that doesnot represent at least 10% of the job's time. Please include supervisory responsibilities.
1. Provide efficient food sales and service to guests.
2. Maintain stock and display food according to established standards.
3. Maintain cleanliness in work areas and outlet areas. Clean equipment, dishes, and silverware as needed.
4. Operate a cash register and accurately handle monetary transactions.
5. Handle a daily cash bank and follow cash handling procedures.
6. Demonstrates product knowledge and execution.
7. Perform opening and closing duties as required.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications: Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities.
Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience Minimum six months of cash handling and food service experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications Food Handlers Card and Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) card may be required.

Ability to speak and hear. Close and distance vision. Continuous walking and standing. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting/carrying up to 5lbs and kneeling. Occasionally lifts/carries 6 to 25 lbs. and climbs. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills withfrequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

El pago inicial para este puesto es $21.00 por hora, el pago al cumplir 6 meses en este puesto es $23.00 por hora y el pago al cumplir un año en este puesto es $28.00 por hora.
