Position Summary:  

  • Ensure all accounts receivable accounts have a completed credit application form in their file and their credit references checked, feeling empowered to make an impact 
  • Ensure that all invoices with corresponding back-ups are processed in a timely manner  
  • Post, edit, balance and update the accounts receivable ledger in the system 
  • Ensure accurate processing and allocation of credit card payments 
  • Balancing daily transfers to City Ledger, posting, editing and updating into the system 
  • Assist in other general accounting functions as needed or required by the Finance team
