W Sydney is now casting for Assistant Moonlight (Night) Manager to lead our overnight hotel operations and guest services team. Reporting to the Welcome Manager this integral role provides a high level of service to guests experience and presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in the world’s largest W Hotel, with 585 rooms, suites and studios. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a deep local understanding of the guest journey.

JOB SUMMARY
- Overseeing all front office and guest services operations during the overnight shift
- Responding to guest enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring hotel security and safety, including conducting regular property patrols
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise and implementing appropriate solutions
- Supporting the day-time management team by providing updates and escalating any concerns
- Ensuring all hotel processes and procedures are followed during the overnight hours
- Managing the overnight front desk team, including scheduling, training and performance management
- Balance the needs of their team, their guests, and the business itself
- Maintain a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
