KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be fluent in the key principles of Pricing Strategies and Revenue Management

Support the Director of Revenue Management through providing accurate information pertaining to the market, forecasting, and other
revenue management strategies.

Be able to update the daily revenues, participate in the daily operations meeting and take on other Revenue Management duties in the
absence of the Director of Revenue Management.

Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance. Perform competitor
checks and report as appropriate

Support the DORM in effective implementation of The Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures. (Rate Plans, Rate
Categories, Market Segmentation, Profiles and all other PMS related RM functionality.)

Assist with group bookings, including coordinating with other departments for special requests and requirements.

Support in managing OTA (Online Travel Agencies) and direct booking channels to ensure rate parity and promotional offers are
accurately reflected.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management and
pricing strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with
reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.

Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
