About the role
As the Talent Coach, you will be supporting and leading team by working together to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. You will be supporting the Manager on day to day tasks on communicating service needs to chefs and stewards.
We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills with hospitality experience that will deliver exceptional experience to our guests. Ideally, you will have experience as a strong leader in your previous team where our talents can look to you for support.
About you
- Previous experience as team leader
- Experience in hospitality is a must
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Demonstrable customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
