W Sydney is now casting for a Bar Supervisor to focus on customer service and maintenance of our Bars. Collaborating closely with the venue management, this integral role will focus on creating unique and vibrant experiences for our guest. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new bar initiatives and promotions to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor stock levels and requisition supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide hands-on support during busy periods, including serving customers, preparing drinks, and operating the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver training and development opportunities for the bar team, enhancing their skills and knowledge while ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Offer daily operational support to maintain exceptional customer service and effectively manage guest expectations.
- Foster teamwork by ensuring staff work collaboratively to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify challenges and opportunities, driving continuous improvement in operations and service quality.
