Casino AML Officer

The Casino AML Officer will perform confidential research and analysis of the casino gaming day and the filling of the unusual transaction reports pursuant to the State Ordinance within the stipulated timeframe to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Perform the required KYC screenings on customers. Collect and document data such as KYC information and Transaction data. In addition, the Casino AML Officer assists the Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in their daily tasks as well as ensuring that Internal controls and audit procedures within the Casino are followed in accordance to the Marriott International Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the Stellaris Casino Local Operating Procedures (LOSP’s), the Nevada Minimum Control Standards (MICS), the AML / CFT State Ordinance, and the AML/CFT Compliance Program.

Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
