Position Summary:
- Identify and secure new local catering and social event opportunities
- Work with meeting & event planners and PCO’s to secure conferences, meetings & events
- Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements
- Act as an ambassador for Moxy Sydney Airport and promote awareness on the hotel
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
