The Role:

In this catering sales role, you’ll be the primary generator of catered functions and creating sales strategies to ensure seamless events that leave lasting impressions.

Your mission: Build relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver exceptional results for a property with an exciting future.

What You’ll Do:

· Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively grow the hotel’s catering portfolio through innovative strategies and relationship building.
· Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships: Connect with key clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
· Leverage Marriott’s Tools and Systems: (CI/TY experience preferred) to maximize performance and streamline operations.
· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution and unforgettable events.

Prior Catering Sales experience with track record of accomplishments is required. Well rounded in hotels, upscale catering halls, and kosher catering a must.
Must possess exceptional customer service and a high sense of urgency. Prefer 3 – 5 years solid Social Sales experience.

The compensation for this position is based on qualifications and experience.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
