Your role: 

Are you ready to take up the challenge ? Then this is the place for you !
As Head Chef you will be in charge of running our signature restaurant Bô! and Eat-Holà Tapas Bar by Sergi Arola,
You will have the chance to work with Sergi Arola for Eat-Holà Tapas and report to our Executive Chef. 
Thanks to your travels and professional experiences, you will be juggling two restaurant concepts and proposing new creations season after season. 
You will have the challenge of coordinating the services in both restaurants and ensuring a smooth running and organization day after day. The respect of safety and hygiene rules are also key. 
You will integrate and train new talents as they join us. 
Your values include caring and empathy in the management of your teams.  
On the administrative side you will organize the schedules of your talents as well as managing the stocks and needs of the department. .

What we are looking for :

A passionate person, never far from your knives you are always ready to submit new ideas.
Communication is no secret to you.
Experience in 5* hotels and/or gourmet restaurants
Experience in team management 
You are fluent in English and French
Bac Pro cuisine / Bachelor cuisine / Master cuisine
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
