The Cluster Marketing Executive is a Part Time role reporting into the Cluster Director of Marketing and supporting the Marketing strategies for Marriott Docklands and AC Southbank Hotels.  

This role is part time 0.6 FTE

About You:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Passion for Marketing 
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
  • Full working rights in Australia

A bit about your day to day: 

  • Support the Director of Marketing to implement strategies that align with the hotels Marketing objectives whilst consistently analyzing market information
  • Assist with the roll out of all the hotel’s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects
  • Showcase your creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives
  • Become a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and overall wellbeing by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Contribute to the culture by upholding all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the hotel core values
  • Gain a full understanding of marketing budget and expenses 
  • Creating campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications 
  • Conducting market research and up to date with latest trends
