POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently recruiting for passionate Demi Chefs de Partie to join our Culinary team. As a Demi Chef you will be supporting the Chefs de Partie and Kitchen team in the supervision of the assigned section.  Duties will include:

  • Preparing ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping and storing
  • Preparing and cook food according to recipes, quality and preparation standards
  • Working as part of a team maintain the high quality levels of food production
  • Other supervisory duties as required

  • Previous work experience in a similar role
  • Ideally having previous work experience in a similar role and a qualification in the field
