  • Work closely with Director Digital Marketing to analyze hotel digital marketing performance across different platforms. Understand the hotel's needs and work as a team to leverage data for strategic planning. 
  • Manage & create campaigns with potential keyword groups, create negative keyword lists, and refine for efficiency based on performance data. Plus, digital manager is required to provide suggestions to maximize SEM campaign base on revenue and conversion.
  • Implement & intensely monitor strategies to drive online traffic to hotel websites and restaurants micro-website base on hotel KPIs. 
  • Execute Display advertising campaigns to generate hotel awareness and promote property room’s offer/campaign in potential online channels. Monthly analysis is required. 
  • Review and analyze competitors with sales and marketing team in terms of offers and content in quarterly basis. 
  • Lead and manage social media strategy across platforms in Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Ensure the company stays ahead of trends, and be able to suggest and analyze performance 
  • Work closely with marketing team and F&B team set up food and beverage campaigns occasionally. 
  • Manage our other online platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google, SevenRooms and etc. Also handle Google reviews to enrich hotel image and reputation. 
  • In charge of METT campaigns, hotel e-newsletter, content and submission to Marriott team. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 year experience in Digital Marketing/ E-Commerce in upscale products
  • Dynamic and creative thinking, able to take pressure and full of team spirit.
  • Analytic skills in digital platforms and reports. 
  • Energetic and passionate to work. 
  • Good communicator and Coordinator who has excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Thai.
