Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Le Meridien Nice. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Acting as strategic reference on the hotel’s operations and replacing the General Manager in his or her absence, the Director of Operations oversees the operations of Front Office, bellman, F&B, Housekeeping, and Security. The Operations Director develops and implements hotel operations strategies and ensures the implementation of projects and initiatives related to the brand. He/she ensures the high level of excellence in operations and their adequacy with the requirements of the guests and the brand, maximizes the satisfaction of the associates and focuses on the axes of development of the revenue. He/she maximises the financial performance of the company and increasing customer satisfaction. As a member of the Executive Committee, he/she develops and implements hotel-wide strategies to meet the requirements of customers, brand, associates and ensure adequate return on investment.
