Job Purpose: Two to three sentences describing the overall purpose of the job | |
Assist with maintenance and repair of all of Electrical systems and equipment including planned maintenance, installation and modifications. | |
Job Responsibilities: Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that does not represent at least 10% of the job’s time. Please include supervisory responsibilities. | |
1. | Assist with maintenance and repair of all electrical systems including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, electrical system installation and temporary power installations. |
2. | Assist with the installation of wiring and devices. |
3. | Assist with the operation and maintenance of in-house intelligent lighting system and exterior systems. |
4. | Change light bulbs, ballast and fixtures and troubleshoot circuit problems as needed. |
5. | May be responsible for assisting with the set–up, tear – down and distribution of temporary power for shows and events held on property. |
6. | Perform safety checks all electrical devices as assigned. |
7. | Ensure cleanliness in assigned spaces. |
8. | Maintain familiarity with National Electrical Codes. |
9. | Comply with OSHA regulations, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and safety precautions. |
10. | Perform other duties as assigned. |

Education | High school diploma or equivalent preferred. |
Experience | Minimum of one year electrical experience or enrollment in a trade school required. |
Licenses/Certifications | Valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record may be required. Material Handling Equipment certification as required (may vary by property) |
