The biggest challenge:
As the Employer Branding Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to attract top talent in a competitive market. You’ll manage impactful campaigns, tell inspiring stories, and bridge the gap between marketing, HR and leadership teams across the region. With autonomy and creative freedom, your role includes:
- Organizing content tours to showcase real stories of our talents and success’.
- Managing Marriott Careers Benelux’s social media accounts and recruitment website while making sure all hotels receive the same attention on all channels.
- Aligning with Marriott’s talent acquisition team to drive regional strategies.
- Reporting directly to General Managers on performance, budgets, and KPIs.
- Ensuring brand consistency across job descriptions, marketing materials, and presentations.

This position will be for a one-year fixed contract with the possibility to renew after one year.
Your ingredients for success:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields.
- Professional experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or hotel marketing.
- Creativity and a passion for driving change in hospitality recruitment.
- Fluent in English, Dutch or French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe InDesign.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- A proactive, independent work style with an eye for detail.
