Event Manager (m/w/d)

Als Event Manager arbeitest du eng mit dem Director of Events zusammen und unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung erstklassiger Veranstaltungen. Du übernimmst die Leitung unserer Events und bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem Event-Team, den Gästen und den verschiedenen Abteilungen. Dein Organisationstalent und dein Gespür für Details sorgen dafür, dass jedes Event reibungslos abläuft und unsere hohen Standards erfüllt werden.

Mit einem klaren Fokus auf Qualität und Gästebetreuung übernimmst du nicht nur die Koordination des Eventablaufs, sondern auch die strategische Unterstützung des Directors in der Planung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Eventangebots sowie des Teams. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr dafür, dass jedes Event zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wird.

Das wird Dich erwarten: 

  • Ansprechpartner für Coordinator, Supervisor und Azubis in der Abteilung
  • Vertretung der Director of Events in Abwesenheit 
  • Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden des Teams
  • Bearbeitung von Veranstaltungsanfragen für unsere 10 Eventräume sowie Gruppenreservierungen 
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Gäste vor, während und nach der Veranstaltung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit operativen und administrativen Teams
  • Erstellung von Anzahlungsrechnungen und Kontrolle der Abschlussrechnung

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir: 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium in der Hotellerie oder ähnlichen Branchen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Eventbereich, idealerweise in der Hotellerie
  • Führungserfahrung vorausgesetzt
  • Vorkenntnisse mit dem Buchungssystem OPERA von Vorteil
  • Verkaufs- und Organisationstalent
  • Herzliches Auftreten und sicheres Verhalten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
