FLEX Senior Manager, Product Owner, Offer Content Authoring Platform
Marriott International HQ
If you’re looking to build leading technology that enables the future of global travel while transforming your career – step out of the status quo and join Global Technology at Marriott International.
The Marriott Bonvoy Offers Platform (MBOP) is an intuitive platform for hotel associates to create offers and promotions that are intelligently served to our customers across owned digital channels based on their personal preferences and contextual relevance. Having demonstrated success with offers, the platform needs a strong senior product owner to help evolve our marketer-facing authoring experience as we look to take on new content types, additional distribution channels, and explore re-platforming efforts to streamline content authoring for our hotel marketers around the world.
As the senior product manager on the Offers Platform team, you will be responsible for driving the hands-on work needed to support the team’s feature delivery and optimizations. The ideal candidate will have experience building Salesforce Lightning apps, working with a dev team to assess bugs/features/support requests, and guiding the daily activities of a cross-functional platform team to ensure a high-quality product. We value candidates who are passionate about user experience and enjoy problem solving to meet our customer (internal marketer) needs. This is an amazing opportunity for early-career professionals who are driven, organized, and interested in developing themselves as a marketing platform owner.
