Hotel Nia, a vibrant boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Menlo Park, California, is seeking a driven and innovative General Manager to lead and inspire our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team, inspire innovation, and foster a culture of excellence.
Guest Experience: Ensure personalized service, exceed expectations, and address guest needs promptly.
Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a seamless and efficient operation, upholding quality standards, and implementing sustainable practices.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to position Hotel Nia as a valued member of the neighborhood.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Employee Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization.

 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel setting.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle brand positioning and execution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel as needed.

The salary range for this position is $225,000.00 to $250,000.00 annually.
