To strengthen our Front Office team, we are looking for a Guest Experience Expert (m/f/d) to start immediately, full-time. Join our team and help create unforgettable guest experiences!

What to expect:
- You ensure the optimal preparation of our guests' stay, check them in, and remain their main point of contact throughout their visit.
- In coordination with Housekeeping, you make sure rooms are ready on time.
- If something isn’t right, you address it and escalate the issue to the appropriate department.
- You handle all questions, messages, calls, or concerns from our international guests, including through the "Mobile Guest Services powered by Salesforce" chat.
- You work closely with all hotel departments to provide our guests with the best possible stay.
What we’re looking for:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in hospitality
- Initial experience in reception is an advantage
- Passion for hosting and enjoyment in interacting with our international guests
- Absolute reliability and responsibility
- Flexibility, solution-oriented mindset, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of the Opera hotel program is a plus
- Good German and very good English skills
