Our Human Resources team seeks to fill the position of:
HR Executive, Learning and Development
The associate will be reporting to the Multi Property Director of People Development & Learning
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Support in the development and implementation of a learning and development strategy, which aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the design and delivery of engaging training programs, workshops, and leverage e-learning platforms.
- Assist with set-up (and delivery where applicable) of Brand Service Culture Training, Brand Activation, Health & Safety, HACCP food safety and other key learning throughout the year
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet the needs of all employees.
- Collaborate with Department heads to ensure that all assigned digital learning is complete by deadlines set.
- Assist the property Learning champions in the preparation of Department specific content both in classroom, and digital delivery
- Track all learning is completed on time for New Hires, and that all, Learning checklists are on file in Associate files
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Support in the tracking of the learning and development budget and resources effectively.
- Support in performance management program, and tracking, as needed
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional growth.
- Support in the Talent Acquisition cycle with interviews, including on and off property Career days.
- Support in employer branding activities and strategies.
- Support as needed in recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, as well as the screening, interviewing, and on-boarding process.
- Track all internship programs and candidates, as well as school visits and career day events, and completion of all needed learning activities for interns
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the learning process.
- Prepare and present regular reports on learning activities and outcomes; and also, track online learning completions
- Assist in Associate paperwork, and follow-up on all needed documentation for New Hires and active team.
- Support in all digital tasks on Government portal of Ergani, such as change of working schedules, support on submissions of New Hire, Contracting, and other tasks as designated by HR Leadership team.
- Support in all HR projects, as needed.
- Assist in On-boarding preparations, and other key tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of relevant Internal communication and Announcements
- Support in the Management of Marriott systems for issuing of candidate login credentials, conduct monthly audits, and close credentials with exit of an Associate
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills, and attributes.
- University Degree in a Human Resources, with preferable a Master’s certification
- ECDL certification with excellent knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Government portal of Ergani from previous employment, as well as, SEPENET
- knowledge of an HR Program such as Pylon, SAP, or other HR software
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (such as Marriott mHUB systems, and Digital Learning Zone reporting.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent command of the Greek language
- Excellent command English language certified at minimum of Proficiency level; more languages will be considered an asset.
- Strong people management skills
- Problem solving skills. A can-do attitude is a must.
- Organizing skills and coordination ability
- Strong Analytical skills
- Interpersonal communication skills, integrity, and commitment
- Ability to work on one’s own, with strong time management and project management skills.
- Strong team-work skills
- A strong sense of confidentiality in all matters is a must.
