We are looking for an intern to join the HR Payroll team at Excelsior Hotel Gallia, with the aim of supporting administrative activities and attendance management, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR processes related to personnel administration.

Main responsibilities

  • Administrative management of temporary staff, from collecting and verifying the necessary onboarding documentation.
  • Entry and update of temporary staff personal data in the ADP system.
  • Preparation and processing of mandatory communications to the relevant authorities.
  • Support in managing attendance for temporary staff.
  • Support in tracking and monitoring employee attendance.
  • Control and verification of anomalies and discrepancies in time and attendance systems.
  • Filing and updating of documentation for both permanent and temporary staff.
  • Collaboration with the HR team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in administrative and payroll processes.

Requirements

  • Degree or academic background in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or related disciplines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Accuracy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidentiality in handling information.
