- You prepare fresh ingredients according to a recipe or menu suggestion
- You cook and prepare high-quality menus and buffets with pinpoint accuracy
- You try out new dishes and find the best possible preparation method to delight guests
- You are responsible for the culinary support of the conference and event business
- You handle all kitchen utensils safely and responsibly
- You pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
- You will train new employees and trainees and organize training sessions
