Manager - Security - Identity and Access Management
Marriott International HQThe ideal candidate should possess strong experience as an Identity and Access Management engineer and will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting a team of highly technical individuals supporting Web Access Management (WAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), PKI and Directories. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for managing the operations and supporting various audits for the responsible services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline or equivalent experience and certifications
- 5+ years’ progressive security engineering experience that includes
- 2+ years’ experience implementation experience with one or more WAM, MFA, PKI and Directory technologies
- 2+ years’ experience in supporting various IAM services like WAM, MFA and directory controls through people, process and technology that developed understanding and working knowledge of:
- SSO and federate services and how they integrate into the boarder functional and technical access management.
- Direct experience in managing service operations and on-call needs as required
- Supporting regular audit and compliance assessments for various controls like PCI, SOX, FTC etc.
Preferred:
- Security certification like CISSP, CISA or any other relevant certification
- Strong understanding of information security within large, distributed organizations.
- Experience of working within an outsourced and managed service IT delivery model
- Experience with Agile delivery and the use of Jira
- Hands-on management of supporting various change management tickets, technical incidents, managing on-call work, providing RCA to senior leadership, working closely with L2 and L3 support for troubleshooting and service optimization
- Integration experience with various IAM services like directories, IGA, PAM etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages end to end service operations, change management and audit capabilities for various IAM services including WAM, MFA, PKI and directory services:
- Collaborate with both technical and management teams in providing evidence requested by various auditors
- Initiates process improvements where gaps exist
- Supports the technical team during change management process and escalations as needed
- Supports the team during triaging and resolution of post deployment issues
- Support various internal and external audit requirements required by PCI, SOX, FTC etc. in a timely manner
- Lead Marriott’s SSO application onboarding service by:
- Define t-shirt sizing of integration patterns
- Defining LoE for application integrations and working within the agile framework
- Supporting our business teams and managing escalations
- Drives consistent documentation for our services
- Manage a team of consultants and managed services comprised of both L2 and L3 engineers
- Provide leadership to the team for day to day team management
- Collaborate with IAM teams, various stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform about change management and focus on communication by partnering with various change boards
The salary range for this position is $119,000 to $148,100 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
