POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role is to perform treatments to Marriott International standards, maintaining a professional and high quality level of service at all times whilst assisting the guest at every stage of their spa experience. To epitomize the essence of Heavenly SPA with a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond the guest's expectations. They must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all treatments/packages offered to the guests as well as service procedures.

  1. Manicure / regular/she11ac/gel/acrylic
  2. Pedicure / regular/she1lac/gel/acrylic
  3. Cleanliness and Treatment room set up
  4. Guest Service
  5. Communications
  6. Employee Handling
  7. Training & Employee Relations
  8. Provide a wide range of nail services, including basic manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylics, and nail art.
  9. Advise clients on nail care and recommend suitable products.
  10. Stay updated on nail trends and techniques.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Prior proven experience as a Nail Technician (salon or spa setting required).
  2. Being able to show her work via pictures, videos or social media.
  3. Skilled in gel, acrylics, dip powder, and nail art is required.
  4. Certification as a Nail Technician (required).
  5. Excellent customer service and teamwork.
  6. Strong upselling skills.
