We’re looking for an Assistant Banquets Manager to join the crew at Pier One Sydney Harbour. If you’re passionate about hospitality, know how to rally a team, and want to be part of Sydney’s most loved experiential Hotel, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the Floor – Oversee banquet operations during events, making sure everything runs smoothly from setup to pack down.
Motivate the Team – Support, guide, and energise your team to deliver flawless service and great vibes.
Deliver Top-Tier Service – Be hands-on with guests and work closely with the kitchen to ensure everything’s spot on.
Keep it Organised – Assist with rosters, prep, and logistics so events run like clockwork.
Create Mind-Blowing Moments – Go the extra mile to make each event special for our guests.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in food & beverage, events, or banquets.
A natural leader with great communication and people skills.
Someone who loves the buzz of busy event days.
Cool under pressure, quick on their feet, and solution-focused.
Passionate about great service, good food, and creating mind-blowing moments.
