POSITION SUMMARY

 

The role involves comprehensive management of chocolate manufacturing processes at Bulgari Tokyo & Osaka Restaurants (Tokyo Hanzomon Chocolate Workshop). This includes ensuring the hygiene of ingredients and chocolates, developing new chocolate menu items, supporting the Maître Chocolatier (Manager), and training manufacturing staff. The position requires a deep understanding of chocolate production, food hygiene, and staff development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive chocolate manufacturing tasks at Bulgari Tokyo & Osaka Restaurants (Tokyo Hanzomon Chocolate Workshop)
  • Hygiene management of ingredients and chocolates
  • Development of new chocolate menu items
  • Supporting the Maître Chocolatier (Manager)
  • Training of manufacturing staff

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a chocolatier or patissier
  • Experience in training staff
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene

Location: 1-4-12 Hirakawacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo Sanshin Hirakawacho Building B1F "Tokyo Hanzomon Chocolate Workshop"

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
