– Previous experience in gastronomic restaurants and 5* hotels would be an advantage
– High knowledge of English, while knowledge of other languages would be an asset

Responsibilities

– Greet customers and wait on tables promptly
– Serve food and beverages to customers, making recommendations if necessary
– Use your knowledge of the menu to answer customers' questions.
– Correctly process transactions in the MICROS system
-Check customer satisfaction with each dish and beverage
– Clean tables, perform closing duties and replenish tableware and other items
– Perform opening and closing duties, including preparation of all necessary items, cleaning of areas and equipment, closing doors, etc.
– Prepare, stock and maintain work areas; manage stocks of ice, cups and paper
– Follow established instructions to keep work areas, bar, bar service, tables and other items clean and in order.
– You are required to present a professional image and maintain a clean uniform.
– Before starting work, you will receive safety training to obtain the appropriate certifications.

Minimum qualification: Higher / Intermediate Level Training Cycle.
