We are looking for an organised, proactive and service-oriented Accommodation Manager to oversee our accommodation operations and support our teams on a daily basis.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Working closely with hotel management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the accommodation department and maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
 
Your main duties will include:
 
  • Team Management: Supervise, support and motivate the front office and housekeeping teams.
     
  • Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day accommodation activities and ensure effective coordination between departments.
     
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a high standard of service, respond to guest requests and handle complaints professionally.
     
  • Quality Control: Monitor room cleanliness and the quality of public areas, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
     
  • Reservations and Room Availability: Monitor arrivals, departures and room availability, anticipating potential overbooking situations.
     
  • Performance Monitoring: Contribute to operational performance tracking and cost optimisation.
     
  • Internal Communication: Ensure effective coordination between reception, housekeeping, maintenance and other hotel departments.

     

Qualifications:

  • Previous successful experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
     
  • Strong organisational and team management skills.
     
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
     
  • The ability to manage priorities and deal effectively with unexpected situations.
     
  • A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach.
     
  • Excellent knowledge of Opera
     
  • A good command of English is mandatory
