Position Summary Reporting to Manager of Finance, oversee end‑to‑end accounting operations including general ledger, month‑end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, income audit, payroll and cash functions. Ensure full compliance with The Ritz‑Carlton / Marriott policies, USALI and local tax regulations. Lead accounting team, safeguard hotel assets and provide financial insights for business decision‑making。

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee general ledger activities, review journal entries, accruals and complete accurate month‑end & year‑end closing.
  2. Prepare & review P&L, balance sheet and management reports per brand reporting timeline, support monthly business variance analysis.
  3. Supervise income audit, AP, AR, general cashier and payroll functions; monitor receivable collection and internal approval controls.
  4. Maintain internal control framework, participate in fixed‑asset & inventory counts, mitigate financial risks.
  5. Coordinate tax filing, support internal & external audit and follow‑up corrective actions.
  6. Assist DOF with annual budget & forecast, track budget variance.
  7. Lead, coach and performance‑manage accounting team, implement Ritz‑Carlton gold standards within finance department.
  8. Safeguard accounting documents, follow SOPs and complete ad‑hoc tasks assigned by Director of Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance, intermediate accountant certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 5‑years finance experience in luxury hotel, 3‑years in Chief Accountant / General Ledger Supervisor role; Marriott/Ritz‑Carlton experience is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of USALI, PRC tax rules, hotel finance systems and Opera PMS.
  • Strong analytical skill, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure. Basic English reading & writing required.职位概述
