POSITION SUMMARY

 

Requisitos Técnicos:


- Habilidad en el uso de equipo de cómputo.
- Dominio de Excel, habilidad en el uso de la herramienta para formular hojas de cálculos con fórmulas.
- Dominio de Word, habilidad en el uso de la herramienta.
- Técnico medio o estudiante avanzado en carrera de contabilidad o a fines.
- Ingles básico, entendimiento de escritura 


Función Principal:


- Procesar a pago las facturas recibidas por servicios prestados y conciliación con proveedores de las obligaciones ante ellos.
 

Responsabilidades Específicas:


- Recepción y revisión de las facturas registradas para pago.
- Confección de las transferencias de pago a proveedores.
- Conciliar las obligaciones por pagar con los proveedores.
- Mantener el más alto nivel de integridad y confiabilidad en una gestión eficaz.
- Conciliar mensualmente los balances de las cuentas por pagar a proveedores

- Inclusión a proveedores en el sistema de cuentas por pagar.
- Revisión, análisis y registro de las obligaciones a cancelar que estén sujetos al pago del impuesto de remesas al exterior por servicios recibidos.
- Procesar las obligaciones con proveedores por servicios públicos, tales como facturación de electricidad, telefonía fija y celular, entre otras.
- Mantener el control eficaz del pago de las obligaciones fijas a terceros relacionados

- Mantener la revisión de los saldos de cuentas bancarias para asegurarse de la 
disponibilidad de efectivo para el pago preciso de las obligaciones.

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
