Our most successful Administrative Assistant is someone who has:

  • Attention to detail and good organization skills;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is considered a plus; 
  • Technical education or background represents a plus.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Verifies and documents all the technical check‐up works in the building;
  • Verifies and documents the utilities consumption;
  • Organizes, supervises and documents the supplies of all the spare parts/services for the mechanical systems and other technical items;
  • Organizes the general engineering office supplies, correspondence and activities;
  • Keeps the relation with suppliers.
