Résumé du poste
L’Aide-Comptable participe à la gestion quotidienne du service financier. Il peut être amené à assister de façon polyvalente les pôles clients, fournisseurs, caisse générale dans le traitement quotidien de leurs missions.
Il participe aux tâches quotidiennes dans le respect des standards.
Compétences générales
- Appliquer les procédures de l’entreprise afin d'assurer un environnement propre, sûr et sécurisé,
- Vérifier l’exactitude des données et des documents pour les saisies comptables conformément aux politiques et procédures en places dans l’hôtel,
- Maintenir les tableaux et logiciels à jour pour conserver des données financières et comptables précises,
- Préparer des rapports financiers nécessaires,
- Echanger efficacement les informations,
