【Purpose of Role】
Responsible for welcoming/escorting/farewelling W Taipei guests at the airport who have requested a limousine for pick-up and drop-off. Assist guests with any transport / airport assistance they may need. Help create a memorable experience for the guest. Airport representatives are responsible for creating WOWs for our guests even before they are checked in and even after they have checked out!
【Cast Key Responsibilities】
1.Create WOW moments for arriving guests by starting their W experience during their arrival at the airport. You are their first point of contact with the W Taipei!
2.Create WOW moments that last by offering them W’s Signature Service after drop off while escorting them to their flight check in desk.
3.Wait for the guest after the flight has landed with the Brand Approved, clean and well maintained Welcome Board easily visible for guests departing from the gate.
4.Ensure all guests names are spelt correctly and are easy to read from a distance.
5.Assist guests with their luggage, and guide them to the pickup area. Wait with them until pick up occurs and wish them a “Wonderful stay at the W Taipei”.
6.Follow all company policies and procedures and is in accordance with local law.
