Job Summary

The Analyst, AI Model Governance is responsible for supporting the oversight and compliance of AI models within the organization. This role tracks model inventories, conducts risk assessments, and prepares documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries. The Analyst also monitors model performance, supports ethical AI initiatives, and ensures transparency and fairness in AI deployments.

Qualifications

- 2+ years in AI, analytics, or governance.

- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or related field.

- Experience with AI model validation, risk assessment, and compliance.

- Knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with model inventory, performance monitoring, and audit processes.

- Experience supporting responsible AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Track inventory of AI models and governance reviews across the enterprise.

- Conduct model risk assessments, validations, and compliance checks.

- Prepare documentation for audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal reviews.

- Monitor model performance, fairness, and transparency metrics.

- Support ethical and responsible AI initiatives and reporting.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on model governance requirements.

- Maintain records of model approvals, changes, and decommissioning.

- Assist in developing and updating AI governance frameworks and guidelines.

- Analyze regulatory changes impacting AI model governance.

- Provide recommendations for improving model governance processes.
