Marriott International is seeking aspiring chefs to join our Culinary Academy Apprenticeship Program. This unique opportunity combines formal education with hands-on training in Marriott hotels across Australia, providing you with the skills, experience, and support needed to become a qualified chef. 

 

As a Culinary Apprentice, you will:

  • Study towards a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery over a 2-year program.
  • Complete a structured apprenticeship within Marriott hotels.
  • Learn from experienced senior chefs through professional mentorship.
  • Gain practical experience in a dynamic hospitality environment while earning competitive pay.
